DCP Kabir Malik and his boss, Joint CP Vikram Bakshi, are on a mission to investigate a series of bomb blasts in Delhi. The mastermind behind the chaos is Zarar, living undercover as Haider with his wife Nafeesa. Working with ATS Chief Tara Shetty, they uncover a suspect named Shadab and discover his hideout.
Ignoring Tara’s advice, Kabir and Vikram pursue the lead, resulting in a fierce showdown with Zarar’s associates. Tragically, Vikram is fatally injured, leaving Kabir torn between duty and grief. Removed from the case, Kabir presses on after bombings in Jaipur, suspecting Zarar’s involvement. Collaborating with Tara, they thwart some attacks but lose Zarar, who escapes to Goa for more sinister plans.
