Gumraah Heading Towards a Flop, Aditya’s 7th in the Bag!
In a disappointing turn, Aditya Roy Kapur and Mrunal Thakar’s latest release, Gumraah movie, seem to be heading towards the undesirable title of “Flop.” Despite being in business for nine days, the movie has only managed to collect ₹18.1 Crore at the box office, which is well below the movie’s budget of approximately ₹40 Crore.
While it is certain that the movie will be declared a flop, whether it will be a disaster or just a flop remains to be seen. If the movie fails to pick up its pace soon, it may end up becoming Aditya’s seventh flop film. The actor has previously been part of movies such as London Dream, Action Replay, Daawat E Ishq, Ok Janu, Kalank, and Rashtra Kavach Om, which were all “Flops”.
Aditya has also experienced two disasters in his career, namely Guzaarish and Fitoor. However, he has managed to give two blockbusters and one hit movie, which has been commercially successful. This underperformance of Gumraah has left fans and industry makers disappointed, and it remains to be seen how the movie will fare in the coming days.
However, it remains to be seen whether “Gumraah” will join his list of flops or manage to turn things around in the coming days.
