Storyline:

In Season 2’s Featherington Ball, Penelope hears Colin say he wouldn’t court her, which breaks her heart. She also has a falling out with her best friend Eloise. But in Season 3, Penelope is ready for a new start. She’s determined to be independent and leaves for London with a fresh outlook. She decides to give up on her crush on Colin and focuses on finding a husband who will let her be Lady Whistledown without her family knowing. However, things don’t go smoothly for Penelope.

She struggles with confidence and fails to find a suitor. Meanwhile, Colin returns with a new style and confidence, but Penelope gives him the cold shoulder. To mend their friendship, Colin offers to help Penelope become more confident. But as he helps her, he realizes he might have feelings for her beyond friendship. Penelope’s rift with Eloise adds to her challenges, and her growing presence in society makes it hard to keep her secret identity as Lady Whistledown hidden.
