Storyline:

Four months after the big fight in West Virginia, Del is back working at the Pittsburgh Police Department. Meanwhile, the people in Buell are trying to get their lives back to normal. Del teams up with his new partner Angela to solve a tough bombing case. But things get complicated when Del gets mixed up with The Brotherhood again. He struggles to balance his life in Pittsburgh with his relationship with Grace in Buell.

Billy, who got hurt in prison, gets some money as compensation and decides to start fresh. He buys the land where he and Grace used to live. Grace uses the land to start new work opportunities for herself. Billy and Lee, Grace’s brother, try to figure out their relationship while planning their own futures. Lee starts working at a law firm in Pittsburgh, and Billy moves in with Lee and Isaac. Isaac helps Billy get back into shape and is working for Landwill Energy in Buell. He’s also exploring his romantic side and fully embracing his sexuality.

Virgil, always up to no good, finds a way to get money from Grace for a new business idea. Steve Park takes over as the Chief of Police in Buell and is determined to bring Del down. The town is shaken by more murders, causing chaos for everyone living there.
